KULAT SISIR GORENG BERSAMA TELUR
Bahan2:
1 tin susu kulat sisir-saya guna 1/2 tin saja
4 ulas bawang merah dihiris
2 ulas bawang putih dihiris
1/2 labu bawang besar dihiris-saya tambah
4- 5 biji cili padi-potong kecil
2-3 biji telur ayam-saya letak 2 biji
Garam
Gula,ajinomoto-saya tambah
Cara2:
Rendam kulat dengan sedikit air dan garam untuk membuang kotoran.Basuh 2/3 kali,perah dan toskan.
Bahan2 yang perlu disediakan.
Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga wangi.
Masukkan kulat dan goreng sehingga air kering.
Masukkan cili padi dan bawang besar,garam,gula dan ajinomoto.Gaul sebati.
Akhir sekali masukkan telur yang telah dipukul sedikit.
Kacau rata biarkan semuanya mesra dan tungga sehingga telur masak.Sesuaikan rasa dan tutup api.
Sedap dimakan time panas2...ratah gitu jer pun sedap.

1/2 big onion pumpkin cut-I added
4-5 pieces of chili-cut small
2-3 chicken eggs-I put 2 pieces
